I recently order this replacement part for a large market/deli. It arrived as scheduled. I have never ordered or replaced this part before, but the process was very easy. I just searched the equipment model number and Davisons popped right up, I actually needed to contact them before completing my order and they responded immediately via phone and email. The part has been installed for about a week now and it is working great. I will absolutely contact Davisons in the future should the need arise.
