Natural lactic acid is an effective antimicrobial agent on fresh meat and poultry making it an essential component of any total quality assurance program to reduce and control microbial contaminate in meat and poultry slaughter lines and to extend the shelf-life of fresh meats.

• Use 2.5 oz per gallon for a 2% ratio
• For best results use warm water 120ºF
